1. Who we are

Association Support Services, operating as Association360, provides this website and app for residential associations in Bangalore. These terms apply to the website and the app. A written engagement with a society, when there is one, sets the working arrangement with that community.

2. The information you give us

The only information we collect is:

• Apartment name
• Amenities details
• Phone number

We do not collect any other personal data. We do not ask for an email address, a government identity number, payment details, a resident list, or a precise location. Amenities details describe shared facilities at the apartment. They do not identify individual residents. The full notice is on the Privacy page.

3. How that information is used

• The apartment name identifies the community.
• The amenities details describe the shared facilities we should know about.
• The phone number is the number we use to call or WhatsApp you about that apartment.

Our team uses those three items to respond to you. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with advertisers or other societies. You can ask us to correct or delete them at any time.

4. Your part

When you send an apartment name, amenities details, and a phone number, you confirm that:

• The apartment name is the community you mean.
• The amenities details are the shared facilities you want us to know about, given as accurately as you can.
• The phone number is a number you can answer, and you are willing for us to call or message it about that apartment.

You can stop at any time by asking us not to contact that number, or by asking us to delete the details.

5. The website

Pages on this website describe how Association360 works with apartment associations in Bangalore. A figure shown on the site is a starting point for a conversation. It becomes an agreed fee only when both sides confirm it in writing.

The Association360 name, logo, and page content belong to Association Support Services. You may share a link to these pages. You may not copy the site and present it as your own.

6. Acceptable use

Use the website and app for a genuine enquiry about an apartment community. Do not send someone else’s phone number, do not submit details for a community you are not asking about, and do not try to disrupt the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bangalore have jurisdiction.
